Who played the prom girls' mom (blonde) on last week's episode?

She was the woman Duncan hooked up with in last week's episode (the tainted liquid foundation story). She's blonde and she was the "older" woman who Duncan was comparing to the younger woman he's also dating. Thanks to anybody who can answer this. She looks so familiar and I know I've seen her in other things.
