Looking for a specific vaguely similar movie

I saw a trailer at one point in the last few years for an upcoming Asian flick and my internet searches keep leading me to this one. It may have been a trailer when I saw the first Deathrace remake or a Tony Jaa movie or B13. It looked like a ridiculous over the top action movie that combined street fighting and basketball in an underground anything goes sort of way. Maybe at one point the ball or the players or the court get set on fire. I remember thinking that the movie looked like it could be awesome in a terrible sort of way, but forgot the name and where exactly I saw it. Any ideas?
