Very Similar to the Jabberwocky Project concept / The 8th Square Series

Hey guys.

Back in '01, I began development on a project very similar to this one (first and third books of my series). Same concept, at least; the overall gist being telepaths and psychotronics developed by the US government for the purpose of defence contracts and the like; over time, it drives you insane / kills you, which you've got to reverse or eliminate before it's too late. Cool concept, (at least, I like to think so!)

How was it all treated in this film? My genre is transgressive-thriller, so it seems like it might've been handled the same way. Was it overall well-received? What would you guys have done differently? I'm also curious as to whether or not the NSA was portrayed accurately, or if it was straight-NSA, or a joint operating taskforce comprised of multiple agencies.

I was going to be launching this project last year, but it's on the backburner until my first series, 'Lachesis' is released next December (2012). I've had this concept for awhile, so expect to see some similar stuff in the upcoming series, heh. We writers have our 'signature' plots and themes. ;)
