Underrated

This is not a bad movie at all, actually it's entertaining and a great Sunday evening flick.

It looks to me like everything in which Monica Belluci appears has to receive low ratings. People just do that, sort of mechanically, without thinking.

No. It's a terrible movie. It's generic, unfunny and forced, with a script my 5-year old could've improved. The acting is dull when it's not cringeworthy, and Monica isn't even the worst.
It got a lot of press off of the supposedly raunchy scene with Monica and Scamarcio, which doesn't even show anything that unusual.

It seems Monica's movies are hit and miss. I have to agree, this one wasn't that great. "A Burning Hot Summer" was a stinker, "Ages of Love", short stories like this one, was alright for the storyline that Monica was in.

Her part was not that big in "The Man Who Loves", a reasonable movie and I enjoyed "Don't Look Back", but how could you not with both Sophie Marceau and Monica together.

"Remember Me, My Love", I thought was excellent though carried more by Laura Morante than Monica.

"How Much Do You Love Me?" was the first sub-titled movie that I watched well over a year ago when I didn't know who anyone was outside of Hollywood. I'm going to have to watch it again now that I am among the legions of Ms. Bellucci's admirers.
