Seriously. And you thought Langella was bad. Warren was so wooden I got splinters watching him.

Langella is my favorite Dracula, actually. ;)

Marc Warren was atrocious, though -- not the least bit handsome, charismatic, or intimidating. I watched this with my fellow vampire-loving girl friends and we all were hoping he would die. Most of the time, we're hoping Dracula makes it, because it's fun having him around -- this time? We were behind Van Helsing all the way.

I didn't dig him either. I don't think the actor is bad, but the choice is bad. He ain't no Gary Oldman.
