Does anyone know what song is being played at the introduction of the show when he comes out?

It's called "No Reason to Complain" by The Alarm Clocks, a Cleveland-area garage band from the 1960s. They released it as the a-side of a 45 single in 1966 and it was the only thing they ever released.
