Hockey game was unnecessary
This is a holiday romance movie, not a kids underdog sports movie (like the Mighty Ducks) . They took too long showing the game itself .
shareI think that it was perfect timing....the boy had to learn to love the game again after his dad was gone...so if that happened right away, then that really wouldn't have made sense...and, also he wouldn't have been able to set his mom and Michael up......and all that
hockey wasn't dominant, in the story.......so...
