Tsui Hark is a terrible director...

Great cinematographer. But almost (?) all of his movies are so confused and muddled, it's hard to say what's going on. He almost ruins this movie before it starts, but is saved by Lam and To.

Yeah and he almost ruined some of Woos films. He hated the killer.

Hark is a fantastic director. Are his films perfect? Hell no. But they are always thrilling and entertaining.

yeah he sucks big time, but he did "Time and Tide", one of the best action films ever made....
