How in the hell did this show get canceled after 2 seasons?

If it wasn't for netflix video stream I never would be watching it. Thank goodness for technology. This show never even was broadcast in America. It's like a Canadian version of the Wire but not quite on the same level. But the Wire had five seasons, I can't believe this show only had 2. It's such a shame, that's all I can say.

I'm at the ninth episode of the first season, all I can do is enjoy the rest while they last.

That's a shame, HBO should've picked it up. The Wire didn't have big ratings in its first two seasons but they started to pick up after more people started seeing the reruns. And it seems like its fan base has increased even more. Somebody should try to bring it back.

I came to this board to ask the very same question. Terrific, compelling series. More, more, more!!!

I just came across this too and don't know if I've found a show as compelling other than The Wire. Hoping to come across some more great shows like this.

Supposedly the series was abruptly cancelled after two seasons, amid rumors that it was killed for political reasons over its negative portrayal of American intelligence agencies, law enforcement, and big business.
