Rated R for strong grisly bloody violence and gore, intense sequences of torture, terror, paranoia and insanity, disturbing thematic material, mild sexual themes and some language.

Rated R for excessive use overly-cute catchphrase, the Colonel, rotting corpses, and twincest subtext.
