Rika's hair

Lighting perhaps?
The times that her hair were green were during the evening when the sun was going down and at night inside a house which didn't have much light.

In order shots it was her regular color though so who knows. Maybe they thought her original color would look weird in some cases (or hardly visible due to blending perhaps?)
