How can nobody mention the Horned helmets!!

Having Vikings / northmen warriors with horned helmets in a movie in this day and age is awful you might aswell have a film with Frenchmen all wearing berets, striped tops and onion/garlic wreaths around there necks!! This movie is not a good rendition of the legend the 13th warrior is much better and the up coming version with Ray Winston and Anthony Hopkins looks good.

My brother I feel the same way.

I watched this movie last night and I could not stop laughing at the fact of using horned helmets. Whether this was purposefully ignored by whoever made this piece of garbage, or it just a huge mistake and stereotype... either way it's completely ridiculous.

Nobody has mention the horned helmets because they are the least objectable thing of this bad movie...which shows you something!

I heard the head of the props department was Flavor Flav.

It's not that there are horned helmets in this movie that I found hilarious, it's that there were such HUGE horned helmets. Honestly, my first instinctive response to these props was something like "Man, you could really prop a tent on such poles! Or build the whole of Heorot around them!" Hilarious. Plus, everything (weapons, clothes, Hrothgar's crown my gawd!!!) looked so cheap and plastic, like a kid's (bad) Halloween costume. I've seen beginner RPGers with better taste.
