A friend from IMDb recommend this to me and I finally watched it.

Didn't notice when it happened but scratched my eye at some point and there was moisture just under it.

For me that's quite the thing! 

Stupendous movie and I'm shocked that I hadn't seen it sooner. Top stuff! (Although there was a lack of Top Deck in the actual movie )

I'm glad you enjoyed it, Juan. It's a lovely film isn't it. 

I'm not sure why they thought that French boy was cool though. He would have had eggs thrown at him at my school and he would have gone for a cry behind the red block. 

It sure was a lovely movie Bobby and I am very happy for having seen it. I'll be recommending it to my friends and acquaintances when pressed for one in the future.

I think the French kid was the outside kid within his clique/culture, he was only cool whilst he was in England as shown by how he was treated on the bus as they were leaving.

Speaking of throwing things I liked the tennis ball to rock arc between our two leads - the entire story was really well thought out let alone the cinematic aspect of it 

Ah yes, I had forgotten that he was unpopular amongst his own classmates. That was pretty funny I thought. 

For sure. I love a good coming of age story and this is a good un. Remember when they went to that shop? I like to think that was an early Spar. 

Spar had more white on their sign Bobby. I can't think what shop they were trying to go for but I liked all the products inside being the appropriate dated ones.A toy in the Frosties wouldn't have gone amiss though, but the washing up bottle at his home having 25% extra was cool  My bestestest funny evah!!! https://vid.me/ToVD
