IMDb says that US Release set for September 3, 2010..

I'm trying to find a source that confirms it, but haven't found anything.

Sigh..... well, as long as it hits the theaters. And a Labor Day weekend opening might help.
But I bet Burger King is really really pissed at doing a tie-in at the wrong time. Hope they told their franchisees to box up the toys and hold them until September.
