Is there a reason why they are not tying 3 or this new one to Species II? Why don't they bring a guy into the story like they did for Species II. I thought it added a strong element to that movie, one that the first and third lacked.

I repeat: Species II should have been about KAL, SIL'S son.
They should have scrapped the pathetic idea of alien DNA infecting the astronauts. It's unrealistic.
But then again. that's just my opinion.

They could use the storyline with Sil's son because they were both killed in a cave. They were both burnt to death. Think about it.

This is what winds me up, I wanted to see a pure-breed.
From 1 to 3 they got purer and purer. In this one they were pathetic and domesticated. It totally ruined it.
