Coming to the USA?

Will this come in video or dvd form to America? I'm a huge Jane Austen fan and cannot bear the thought of missing out on a great movie!

PBS made the announcement for the Jane Austen Festival on Masterpiece Theatre for the 2007-2008 season. It'll be on for a five week period but it's difficult to say exactly when during the season it will be on. The season usually starts in October and ends in February. Between February and May they might have Mystery on instead - I think it really depends on the season.

I'm really looking forward to it - especially the BBC Sense and Sensibility.

It will premiere on Masterpiece Theater in November as part of the "Jane Austen Season" along with the new versions of Mansfield Park, Persuasion and - maybe - Sense and Sensibility.

It appears that Sense and Sensibility is definitely a go. Casting has already begun. No word yet on when it will appear on tv in the UK or US.
