Anyone know if this is available in Region 1...off to check Ebay...

It's absolutely available in region 1. But the PBS version has been edited from the original ITV broadcast. If you have the ways and means of watching Region 2, I would recommend doing that instead.

Thanks...I do have a Region Free DVD player... will give Region 2 a try...Ebay I think had a Region 2 for buy now...

Definitely get Region 2 if you can. I bought the Region 1 DVD when it was released since I'm in America and was very disappointed to find that scenes were cut out. I've been trying to find a digital copy of the full film but have been fruitless.
