Blackout vs. Devil

Devil is such a copy of this movie.

Definitely they were very similar. I enjoyed "Devil" a slight bit better, but liked them both.

Mainly due to the music, "Don't Sit Under The Apple Tree With Anyone Else But Me"...

Not really a copy. Devil is just based on the idea of "What if people were trapped with the devil and didn't know it". With that idea a elevator is the ovious first choice.

Devil wasn't a great movie IMO, but it was certainly much better than Blackout.

So every film set in an elevator, or a bar, or a hospital is a copy of another?
Devil was supernatural, Blackout is centered on a psycho killer.
I enjoyed both but ultimately they are just above average.
