Is there some hope for season 3?

There doesn't seem to be. Although there are fans still working to get it back into production.

It doesn't look like it. The buzz is dead.

I'd say, unfortunately, no. Fansites like legendoftheseeker.org still hang on to that tiny thread of hope, but even they're dying down, and whereas the "Save Our Seeker" use to have thousands of people visiting it in a day, it has dwindled down to about 3 users on at a time. This is a show that even fan participation won't bring back due to its cost. Props, costumes, sets, special effects... the budget is daunting for a fantasy TV show, and it'll turn off a lot of studios who are worried they might spend the money only for the show to be negatively received.

Our best hope was SyFy, and when they pulled out at the last minute due to ABC being a bunch of greedy *beep* all hope dwindled. Even though SyFy is cheap as hell, I'd still rather see a cheaper Seeker than no Seeker at all.

Seeing as how the show has been off the air for a while, it doesn't seem like there is much hope Which is extremely unfortunate. I just recently watched Legend of the Seeker and would love to continue watching it. I wasn't aware the show had been cancelled until I was halfway done with season 1. I'm acutally 3 episodes away from finishing the series. I'm trying to make it last as long as I can

I really hope something comes out of this show. Whether it be a spin-off show or the continuation of the original show. I've been re-watching this show as I run daily this past month, I stop it as soon as I'm done in an attempt to make it last as long as possible. I actively supported the SaveOurSeeker campaign when the show was cancelled but I have to admit I haven't done anything in years.

Recently, for fun, I listed my favorite shows of all time and came up with Legend of the Seeker being my #1 with GOT, Stargate SG-1, Merlin, and Camelot following.

I participated in the SOS campaign, but lost hope over time. Last year the successful voting at http://www.smgo.tv/shows/ gave my hope a bit of a spark. They encountered a roadblock last year, but a holliday update continued to show promise that something may yet come of LOS.
