Of course it's fake. It's a scripted TV production. Poorly produced at that. Nikki might ride this tantrum thing right into obscurity due to this poorly produced, overly simplified, Simple Life knockoff. Too bad too, because I like Nikki and think she is a super TV personality. She's fun to watch, with much less tantrums. It gets old.
