how unsanitary
seriously, would you eat food that fell on the ground, let alone a mountain of old leftovers? The whole thing was kinda disgusting.

shareThe whole thing was animated fiction too.

I had the exact same thoughts. After a week, that town would stink from all the food dropped on roofs and in inaccessible places, but hey it's a kid's animation feature, Tom and Jerry was always impossible as well ...
It's spelled Raymond Luxury Yacht, but it's pronounced 'Throat-Warbler Mangrove'
How do you think people did it centuries ago? I'm pro-sanitary rules (I always carry soap gel in my pocket), but unless the food has something that can make you ill, it doesn't matter if it was on the ground.
shareI got the impression that while most of the food fell on the ground they would catch the food in the air that they ate. Or it would be piled on top of other food so it was not actually on the ground.
They had a machine that would go around and get the remaining food and throw it into a mega dump.

this film creeped the hell out of me.
falling food, mountain of leftovers and everyone being ok with that except for Flint's Dad.
and to top it off the man eating chickens. ugh. if i was a kid and saw this i'd get food nightmares.
