The board of the 1995 version has been completely destroyed

Not joking.

Type in the name of the film, it doesn't come up anymore in search results. I checked Ciaran Hinds' page, and his version of Persuasion is now listed as Screen Two.

If you click on name Persuasion (listed under Screen two) it takes you to the former lead in page of the film. But the boards are listed as Screen two with all the old posts about the Hinds version of the film totally gone.

That is low. I wonder why that film's board was trashed so it can't be searched.

It still comes up on my list of favorites as Persuasion (1995).

You'll still see it as a regular board if you link to the old title page. But if you go onto its message board it turns into Screen two.

I thought I was going crazy!! I saw the 1995 film earlier today at the Alamo Drafthouse (they have a lot of events where they show older movies/cult classics. Today they showed Persuasion and I took my mom!) and looked up the movie on here and couldn't find it! Why on earth would it no longer show up on here?

I had to click into "More Title Matches" to find Persuasion (1995) and the board is clearly Screen Two. How annoying! Wonder why this has gone so long without being fixed.

Here is the link if it helps:

Thank you for the link.

But that board remains hidden and who knows how long it will remain valid. If you go to the title page of the film with cast list etc. then use the message board link it will take you to the Screen Two board not back to the link that you provided.

Interesting, I never found the 1995 version and just assumed it was missing for some reason. Moot point now since IMDb zapped all the boards. I'd go in and correct it but I'm too pissed off at the loss of the boards to update IMDb again.
