anybody know when this'll come to dvd? I'd really like to see it, but I don't think it's playing in theatres anymore.

I'm gonna be a fireman when the floods roll back.

It's not finished in the theatres..it just begins with the US premiere on September 1st at the Film Forum in New York City with 15 cities, as of now, to follow. Check out the website for current news about showings near you. www.mydogtulipfilm.com

Thank you! I looked up the information and I will be able to see the film in Denver November 12.

Saw it last night in Ann Arbor. There was a small, exceptionally attentive audience. Everyone seemed to enjoy it very much. I found it as complex and conflicting as Ackerley's memoir/novel. He's a challenging writer/character.

thanks! the 2009 date beside the title threw me off. I so want to see this, it looks like it could be really really good.

although I wonder about the odds of it playing in salt lake city - maybe at broadway center cinemas or the tower theatre... I'll cross my fingers...
