Bob Saget's WORST JOKE EVER...

...Appeared less than ten minutes into tonight's show (2/23), and it explains why this show gets a TV-PG rating instead of TV-G.

I don't think I can use the word on this board, even though the meaning of the word is actually "aquatic birds", but the first contestant guessed "baby turtles" as what you see on a beach on the Galapolos Islands when you see a pair of "b-----s".

After the correct answer was revealed, Bob remarked to the contestant, "I guess that's not the first time you've been faked out by a pair of b------s."

Please, someone at NBC kick him off now and hire Eddie Maguire instead. : |
And sack the current NBC censors while you're at it.

Please let me know if there's some other way we can screw up tonight.

I missed that joke, but it ain't half bad!

reply

What's offensive about the word boobies? The joke was lame, but it wasn't offensive.

reply

No, his worst joke was during the episode where all 6 drag queens in the mob got a question about grocery bags correct, and Bob remarked, "All 6 drag queens got it right. They sure know a lot about bags."

reply

teabagging joke.

bob saget is even raunchier on the set of 1 vs 100. i was laughing my ass off and was sad to see that those jokes got edited out during the airing.

reply

"Boobies!" Tee, hee.

Wow, that one *was* bad, too.

Don't get me wrong - Bob has some great jokes, but I think only two or three of them are actually suitable for primetime TV audiences. : )

he is why i watch it.

reply

Same here. Who the hell cares about censors and "suitability" for primetime TV? For Christ sake the kids too young to hear the jokes aren't going to understand anyway, so what's the diff?

Okay, maybe "Being Dracula Sucks" is a contender for this title, too...

His worst joke was clearly him hosting this show. His primetime image we have is nothing like his actual self... Why Bob, why?

You mean the stand-up comic Bob Saget?
He has some great jokes, yes, but how many of those are actually suitable for primetime TV audiences?

How much does a losing contestant leave with?

Exactly.

Bob may be a great guy (most of the time), but even he's no match for the dreaded FCC Broadcast Standards Board.
