I was watching a marathon of Hell's Kitchen season 1 on Fox Reality Channel yesterday when I realized that Gordon Ramsey's sous chef Scott is our Chef Scott. Yes, I'm sure it's old news to some of you, but it was a cool "Aha!" moment for me.
