I'd love to see more sugar challenges.

I like the cake challenges more, but the best ones are when they incorporate sugar. These people can do amazing things with sugar. I was highly impressed with tonight's [replay] Tallest Sugar Building challenge.
Remember the Disney challenge, where the one guy made the Magic Mirror from Snow White out of sugar? That looked fabulous. Then the other guy made all the Pinocchio characters out of sugar. His Jiminy Cricket was amazing.
