Who are they?

Who are some of the chefs that have been on "The Food Network Challenge"? I'd especially like to know some of the chefs from the cake challenges. I know that they show us their names and give a brief history (like where their restaurant is) during the show, but I never remember any details. These people are immensely talented and I'd like to see some more of their work.
