Only Richard Ruskell...

...can finish half his plates in a cookie challenge(and comeback to win), drop his cake (and still make it to the next round), get eliminated the next round, only to be brought back and win the whole cake competition. It wouldn't happen for anyone else.

I am officially tired of Richard Ruskell and his arrogance(even when he messes up he still thinks he's entitled to something), as well as the obvious favoritism from Food Network Challenges. They have to twist things just for him to win.

I have a proposition. No more "comebacks:" the end result is too obvious.(Who didn't call it when Richard Ruskell was brought back into the competition?)

I enjoy Richard's work immensely and his attitude. Are you talking about Last Cake Standing? I only saw the episode where he dropped his cake, and I thought he handled it very well.

I'm speaking of the Cookie Challenge and Last Cake Standing. I'm normally a fan of Richard's work, but he should feel fortunate Food Network "changed things up" for him to be able to come back in, as opposed to feeling entitled to be there; especially since he was among "the bottom" for all three rounds before he was eliminated. All these decorators are great and confident, but when they don't do their best, they face the same judgement.(I was sad to see Jorg go before the final round, but it wasn't his best day.)

I just get the sense the judges already wanted him to win all along(but wanted to "save face" when they eliminated in the first time), yet find a way to bring him back. The judges really favor Richard above the other challengers. No one else would advance to the next round after dropping their cake.

They definitely do favor Richard on the Food Network in general, I agree, though not without reason.

That being said, I have only seen one episode of LCS and I am not familiar with what you are talking about. I'd probably agree with you, in all honesty. There are quite a few fabulous cake artists out there, Richard not in the least, and it's annoying when one is obviously favored while others actually brought their best game to the table (or paid the price, as I am very sad to hear that Jorg did - I love him as well).
