Why do they keep having her back?

I am talking about "Stevie" the so-called artist. I can answer my own question and say it is for drama, cause they know she will fight with Kerry. But she is not a baker and does not come on to win but "express herself", and does not care about rules or common sense.

The Landscape Challenge concept was interesting (since they are running out of ideas). Her idea for a swamp wasn't too bad until she started building it. The idea of packing on cereal/marshmallow mix (for what, mortar?) was ridiculous and everything went downhill from there. Putting all those rotten foods in was sickening, I don't care if it was a swamp. She should have concentrated more on the extreme effect which didn't work, and make sure it didn't leak, which it did.
