How did that get through post production?

Ohh man! I agree. All of gus portraying them were dreadful, with maybe the exception of the guy playing George. Rudd's Lennon was so ridiculous (on purpose it seems) but it didn't work for me.
Good movie though
You realize that was, in part, intentional yeah? He also looked nothing like Sir Paul and the crew playing the Beatles kept saying things like, "After all, we are The Beatles."
So part of the joke was that the impressions were so horrid that they kept having to remind everyone who they were. And the Indian guru had to mention that they were in India. It's the film making fun of itself.
That's what is hilarious about it
