Uuurgh.. what the *beep* Rubbish.

I yield to no man in my love for Peep Show, but this was just dismal. What a waste of talent.

It was like The Prestige as made by the Children's Film Foundation.

It was not rubbish I just think Webb and Mitchell can do a bit better then this ! May be a better script !!........That just my opinion !

'Peep Show' is overrated - this was OK. Not the best comedy ever, but watchable at least.
They're better in their own show - 'That Mitchell & Webb Look'.

I agree. Peep Show is very good for the most part, though I thought series five was poor, and this was good also - not genius, not laugh-a-minute, not devilishly intelligent satire, but funny enough and well-intentioned.

And yes, 'That Mitchell and Webb Look' is funnier by far, and their long forgotten Play UK series 'The Mitchell and Webb Situation' is the cream of the crop - one of the most consistently hilarious TV sketch shows I have ever seen, that DOESN'T rely on catchphrases at all (virtually no recurring characters either). I think Mitchell and Webb themselves are just far better comedy writers than Armstrong and Bain.

But Magicians, it was fine, good humoured and it made me chuckle. What's wrong with that? It's more than I can say for Shrek or Team America or anything else you'd care to mention that most people inexplicably lap up.

I just watched it.

Think I maybe laughed once. Maybe.

Glad I only paid £1 for it. It'll be going on eBay.

I think you need to watch without comparing it to Peep Show, since it's one of the best modern day sitcoms on the planet....

Personally I liked it, but I can watch anything M and W do though tbh

*Besides the live show of Mitchell and Webb Look. That DVD was awful, bad crowd, badly directed and edited and some of the best sketches weren't used...
