I watched episode 3 last night and I was really stoned while watching. They showed a guy wasted and pouring liquor all over himself. Who is he, and what was that brief segment from?

It was Chris Holmes(W.A.S.P.). The footage was from The Decline of Western Civilization Part II: The Metal Years.
