How and when were the police tipped off?

How and when were the police tipped off about the Fenway heist? I just watched the movie and missed it.

Krista Coughlin, the sister of "Jem" Coughlin, tipped off FBI Agt. Adam Frawley about the Fenway heist, partly due to being threatened with the loss of her young daughter, Shyne, and partly in retaliation for Doug MacRay(who'd been her boyfriend) having spurned her (meaning Krista) for Claire, who he liked better than he liked krista.

Blake Lively's character made a deal after getting into an accident while drunk. She told them.

That's very true, Arnold25. She was also threatened with the loss of her young daughter, Shyne, if she didn't tell the police. Having said the above, Blake Lively's character, Krista (Jem's drugged out, drunken sister), made a deal the FBI Agt. Adam Frawley and the other law-enforcement people, partly due to being threatened with the loss of Shyne, and partly in retaliation for Doug's having spurned her for Claire.

Think it's when FBI agent Frawley is at the hospital with Krista - saying he could take her away for drug charges and has her daughter in a car with a child services worker. It's pretty subtle, and where Frawley draws it out of her (which we don't see), is when she says "Doug was going to go away after...", the keyword being 'after'. Frawley seizes upon this and asks her after what.

Krista rats out Doug and his accomplices in crime to FBI Agt. Frawley, and tells him about the Fenway Park robbery that's about to take place. What Krista meant was that Doug was planning to go away to Florida (and with another girl (i. e. Claire), to boot.
