More likely barbituates and alcohol... if she was on coke, she would have been running all over the place (like Dick).

Her slurred attempt at a "roast" (which was also supposed to mock her Letterman deal) didn't in ANY way let on being coked up; if she was on coke she would have delivered it perfectly... she could barely concentrate it seemed.

Although I suppose it's possible that Betty White pulled out some kind buds before the show started, and if it had been a while, maybe Farrah was just super baked...

My money still on some sort of "little pills" mixed with booze though.

I seen this a few hours ago on dvd. At first before she spoke I thought she was just nervous as she didnt look too confident when watching but when she stood up and asked the host to come back it seemed to me she was drunk or something and especially when she couldnt even do a simple thing like pull up her bra strap until about the 5th attempt (drawing loads of attention to it needlessly) only for it to fall down again because even tho she had 5 or 6 goes at it she could barely get in on her shoulder, luckily for her it was a nice bra so she didnt look too bad. In the end as it turns out she probably came out of it ok, I felt many of the others came out of it worse due to making very cruel jokes. If I was her I think I would have got myself out of it as well just to get through the show.

In short I felt there was far bigger problems with the show than her state of mind

Do people really find this kind of comedy entertaining?
