I just saw the trailer for this film on the City of Rott dvd. I cant wait to see it, it looks great,and I read a review from horrortalk.com which only gave it a C, because they couldnt really understand the movie. but when I cant understand a movie it just makes me want to learn more about it, like it more, and dive deeper into it.

OMG I finally saw this movie today. I had the movie in my drawer for 2 MONTHS because I was scared that I was all hyped up and that it would suck. I finally gave in and watched it, this movie is TERRIBLE! Bad directing, bad storytelling, some things linger on for far too long, like a Family Guy joke, some parts really didnt even need to be there, the movie made no sense. I guess it just wasnt for me. But I do give points for the surrealness of the film. The colorfulness, some of the imagery was cool. The sound quality was terrible, but I assumed that went with the surrealness. After this movie I dont think I will be checking out Philosophy of a Knife. Maybe im too closed-minded-inside-the-box type person. But it was cool taking the journey and for that I thank you Andrey.

sharevisions of suffering rules, iskanov is god, POAK will destory everything.
Philosophy is obviously way too long at over 4 hours but is far superior to this garbage. Imo the best thing he made was easily Nails, only one hour long but a major mind fock, really trippy and surreal and some great gore scenes.
