Yeah, Ben lives along with the two sisters and the father. One of the inbred brothers also lives, as seen in the retarded ending.

I just saw the movie last night. Ben does get shot (by the sheriff), but he doesn't die. Brielle and Kelli's father says "We need to take him to the hospital." Although they don't explain what happens to Ben after that, it seems like he's going to live.
