One man production

I think the most impressive aspect of this animated film is that it virtually entirely produced by one person.

Otherwise, its an interesting movie but as others have mentioned, it does drag on during the last 30 minutes.

The end scene is a bit strange. (spoiler) Im guessing that as the infected old man eats the corpse of the old guy who's been eating the cure, he becomes cured and because he's got too much damage to his body he dies rather than lives. A little too late for old Fred.

Alot of these zombie movies try to draw parallels between people living in western societies of consumption and conformity. However one basic problem I have with these types of movies is 1) it ignores the fact that most of this group think behavior is biological (ie human nature) 2) depending on your belief system, what's wrong with raping and pillaging the planet and being a consumer drone as long as it satisfies you? I mean, its one thing to tell people they are sheep, but its another to convince them why being a sheep is a bad thing. "Because" as an argument isn't good enough.
