I noticed quite a lot of nods and references to bands and performers such as Burzum, Dimmu Borgir (Dimmu Burger), Gorgoroth, Necrophagist, and there's probably quite a few more references I've seen that I can't remember at the moment.
Clearly the creators of the series love metal if they keep making references to such bands, right? C'mon, what references and name-drops have you guys noticed in the show? :)

shareFalconback project is so named after folk metal one man band Falkenbach, Iced Earth skating rink, Chimaira gas station, Malevolent rehabilitation, which I assume is a play on metal band Malevolent Creation, Exhorder elementary school, St. Necrophagist hospital, Mastodon night club and Bed, Bathory, and Beyond. So far this is all I remember I just rewatched the show on Hulu so I'm sure I'll remember more.
