when he says "i was watching COPS" i always assumed it had to do with the show being intense and wild and entertaining, therefore making him sweat.

the other day, some jackass tries to tell me "no, it's because Brennan is such a badass and badasses sweat when they see cops because they are usually up to no good."

isn't that pretty goddamn stupid? i think i'm right, but if anyone else has input, i would be curious.

I think it's pretty obvious it was the nature of the show, not him being scared of cops. I've always liked that line, and it's made funnier by the fact that Dale didn't seem to think it was a weird thing to say.
