What's the difference with these words. Any help?

I think it's just a simple pronunciation issue, to some languages it sounds more natural to be spelt with a k than a cSource:Movie Reviews - A Thousand Years Of Good Prayershttp://moviereviews.noskram.com/2009/09/movie-reviews-for-a-thousand-y ears-of-good-prayers

Not to be gross or anything, but I think the daughter was uncomfortable and lead him to use "come" and in "come here" because the store made a gross pun by spelling it "kum" like as in orgasm.

so "kum & go" market is a gross play on words meaning to quickly finish the sex act and then leave. maybe because it was a quick mart?

so, she didn't want her father picking up that spelling because it would be embarrassing for him when he used it that way and possibly offended people or didn't realize what he was saying.
