They should make a third with Robin Williams as Insp. Jacques Clouseau

and fire every singer person who has ever ever ever had something to do with this movie being made. and hire some real writers!!!

Watch the film The Life and Death of Peter Sellers and I would love to see Jeoffrey Rush do the films, he takes on Sellers very well and as clouseau well he is very close indeed, just watch the film and then see what you think. ;)

IMO, Robin Williams would be horrible as Clouseau... sure, Williams can be funny, but his style doesn't fit Clouseau at all! the only way it could possibly work is if Clouseau got a beump on his head and suddenly became schizophrenic, and i just don't see how that could be a good thing for the series... Martin may not be everyone's favorite, but at least he plays Clouseau with a consistent personality... the thing about Martin is not so much that he's bad as just that he's not Peter Sellers, which puts off so many people who cannot get over the idea of someone else playing the character...

Robin Williams may be the one person on the planet who's even less funny than Steve Martin, these days. What's more, Robin Williams has been lame for a LOT longer than Steve Martin, who only started to suck within the last 10 years or so. Mr. Williams has been terrible since around 1990 and I really don't think that butchering Inspector Clouseau would improve his standing even slightly.

Between Williams and Martin, I'll take Martin - but I'd rather have neither.

I say the never ever ever make another Pink Panther film;

1. Because the first one were great and there were enough of them anyway.
2. Hollywood needs to start making original films again. Get your own franchise.
