Where was it filmed???

Kevin Sorbos is in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba filming a movie about a swamp monster, one of the hotels he was staying in was Canad Inns. I was able to meet him at the restaurant where I work and served him food. It may seem lame to others but its a town of only 14,000 so we don't get much action, the last movie/ hollywood star was Fred Durst on the filming of Population 436. If anyone knows some info on this movie please post it. All I could get was the fictional hotel named Green Gate Conference Center.

It sounds like you're talking about"Something Beneath"in which Kevin plays an anglican priest. The info I was given said filming was taking place in Winnipeg,but the place you mentioned is probably in the same area. When you met Kevin,did you get to talk with him? If so,did he seem excited about the film?

ya i did talk to him except not about the film i got pic on my cell b4 i talked to him and i shopped it to see it better he said he would send me a autographed pic, which i will posty when i get get it here is the link for the cell pic: http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e33/flaky3/2copy.jpg

Thanks for sharing the pic-he looks pretty good,although the gray block made it a little hard to see. I look forward to seeing the autographed photo when you get it. If you didn't talk about the film,what did the two of you talk about?

Not msuch as I was supposed to be working I just told him I had a friend who owns every Andromeda DVD and he said that they'd be filming in Winnipeg. Yah I'll post the autographed pic when i get it.
