There's a scene in season two when Rebecca is over at Jackie's and Rebecca is talking about her sexual experiences and that she was a tease, and Jackie says that her first girl and guy experience was at the age of 13. I'm not sure when she came out, but she had some sort of hook up apparently in high school.

I've heard her say that she knew she was into women all along.
