i use it through exercise tv so i'm not 100% sure if it's exactly like the dvd. to me she knows what she's talking about, she explains the correct form you should have and which muscles are being used. each trainer does about 3 different exercises while she explains it and do some of them also. it's ok to me.
I like it very much. I had never heard of her when I bought it but I had read some positive online comments about it, and it quickly became one of my favorite exercise videos. I can't do heavy lifting any longer because of back and joint problems, but this routine, using lighter weights, made me feel like my muscles got a really hard workout.
