Weird glitch i noticed

(27 min into the first episode) When a woman in a chair outside by some pillars is giving an interview, a man on a bicycle comes out of nowhere riding backwards, the shot was edited or something weird happened, yet she is still giving her interview, i was very confused by this, it was almost as if the half of the shot was edited into the interview later, he comes from one of the pillars and you can tell the man was just riding normally but the video shows him coming backwards randomly from one of the pillars and he wasnt even on the other side of it before. Why would they put edited clips into an interview? I have the whole show if anyone wants to see what im talking about?
