Steve dissapearing act?
Hey, what ever happened to Bailey Chase's character, Steve?
I thought that he died, but I don't remember any of that. What ever happened to him? Who killed him?
When we last saw "Steve", he had just blackmailed Michael Krieger. As Krieger's accountant, he knew about the secret "second lab" at the Krieger's residence and that there were two accounting ledgers Krieger maintained.
He left Krieger's home believing he was about to become a very rich man in exchange for keeping Krieger's secret. When Steve pulls his car over to call his girlfriend, Caitlin Porter (Jack's sister) and tell her the good news, Kreiger's henchman, Andre, pops up from the backseat and strangles him from behind (with a cord or something). We see Steve slump over, presummably dead.
Caitlin never sees or hears from Steve again. At first she believes he took Krieger's blackmail money and left the country without her. After a while, she finds evidence to believe Steve was likely killed by Krieger.
