Why wouldn't you call The Exorcist a Christian movie? It's about men of God doing battle with the Devil.
Other than The Exorcist, though, I can't think of any Christian horror movies that were all that great. I guess there's The Passion of the Christ, which was pretty awesome, but not everybody agrees on whether or not it was really a horror picture.
I've got high hopes for Don Coscarelli's John Dies at the End movie, but I don't even know if they have funding yet, and most people probably won't pick up on the Christian angle, anyway.

best christian horror movie? well the only other one i know was the "7 signs of apocalypse" and this is better than it.
