Rachel? *Spoilers*

Ok, I "get it." I didn't really care for it, but I do understand what happened. However - why did he imagine "Rachel" as being a different woman, when the others remained the same? That felt tacked on. I mean, they could have used the same actress & the twist would have been the same. As it stands, the "Doctor Rachel" is only in the movie for a couple of minutes in the beginning, then is covered in blood. I had to rewind it to figure out if it was still "student Rachel."
