Which is better, the PS2 or PS3 version?

I have the special edition of the PS2 game, and now I find out there's a PS3 one. I know they are a little different, but which one is a better game to have?

Financially speaking it makes more sense to have bought the PS2 one. The PS3 one is like $50-$60.

i got the ps2 version on may nomal version and it kinda doesnt look like spiderman in the game trailer. but i dont have a ps3. But i hered that you can go to the sewers and train station not at the ps2.
