The movie is worth a rent, and the game is worth a buy.
Movie is great, but how many times can you watch emo spidey dancing like an idiot... 1 time watch is enough, rent.
Game is great, and theres so much fun stuff to do even after you 'beat' it.. so buy that, keep you busy for ever.

just buy both. And buy both for sure if you already own the previous spidey installments for both games and movies. Although for games I reccomend the 360 version if you have it.
